The crew here really took care of me. Special shout out to Hibaq and Rafeeq! They made sure everything was perfect during my stay. Room was super comfy and had the best view of the skyline. Brekkie was a solid start to the day too!

Had a bit of a wait for my room, but the staff were on it and sorted it out fairly quick.

Plus, the breakfast buffet was a feast that set me up for the day! Another standout was the proximity to cool local joints like the Belgian Beer Cafe, which made late-night snacks a breeze.

While the experience was mainly a blast, I can't ignore the little hiccups. My room had a non-functional light remote and a broken kitchen dustbin, which was a bit of a letdown. I was hoping for fresh linens daily but had to make do with what was provided. Still, everything else shined bright!

the mercure is in a great spot near the intercity metro, making it super easy to explore. i loved the one-bedroom apartment that we stayed in, it was spacious and well-maintained. the lavana spa offered such a relaxing experience, perfect for unwinding after a day out.

Upon arrival at 3:30 AM, the check-in process took an eternity, leaving us hanging with no clear explanation on the accommodations offered. Our apartment had a few quirks—like a non-functional TV, an iron that needed replacing, and no heating for the kitchen gas. Although I did manage to get additional blankets and an adapter, other issues persisted without resolution. It left me feeling like the place wasn't living up to its potential. The reception seemed overwhelmed, leading to long waits for assistance. it made me wish for better organization on their end.
